The Tower Wing Beautiful King Room was really spacious and comfy. I loved the electric curtains and nice little touches like the mirror light and fresh fruits. The bathroom amenities were great too. Super convenient to have a bakery downstairs for quick snacks or breakfast. Only wish the seating in common areas was a bit more comfy.

We had a nice stay during our wedding.
Everything was second to none, including competent staff and beautiful location in an establishment like the Shangri-La. Stayed in good-sized and newly decorated room with club access. An authentic restaurant for breakfast was an advantage.

The hotel staff were extremely welcoming when we arrived, and were always on hand to answer any questions. Great plus was being able to shower after a long day of sightseeing and before heading to the airport for a 12 hour flight!

The lush gardens and spacious rooms really set the mood for relaxation. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor water playground and dined at the fantastic restaurants. The complimentary playtime sessions for the kids were a big hit too!
Unfortunately, we faced issues with breakfast service. We were routinely reminded about charges even though we hadn't opted for breakfast, and our table was cleared unexpectedly during our coffee run.

Pool and grounds, great location away from but near the shops, spectacular foyer with plenty of relaxed seating, with pleasant attentive staff.
Staff sometimes over attentive and a little slow with the service.

The hospitality displayed by the staff was amazing. From the reception team to Mr Siva, everyone were very good too assist me. I appreciated the fine garden view from my room.

By and large, it was fantastic base for sightseeing in Singapore, had much fun and met knowledgeable and very proactive staff with excellent service from the hotels staff. The room was well-maintained and family-friendly, the location was marvellous very central.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel! The kids loved their room's tent-like sofa bed and the complimentary cake for my son's birthday was such a sweet surprise! Plus, the kids club was a huge hit, keeping them entertained while we relaxed. I'd definitely come back!

They are terribly inefficient as opposed to previous years. I was mistaken for another guest and taken to a suite. Moving my booked room took ages and there was a belated apology 24 hours later. No fruit in the room as promised, no wakeup call as ordered, charged for free pressing etcetc
